Refund policy

Womenswear ("we", "our", "us") operates womenswear.shop and offers women’s fashion products including Co-ord Sets, Dresses, and Kurta Sets.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged or altered

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount offers
  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging/tags
  • Customized or altered items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and product images
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality check of returned product
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via:
    • Bank Transfer / UPI
  • Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for size issues (if applicable):

  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days
  • Subject to product availability

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/video proof
  • We will provide replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product):
    → We will bear shipping cost
  • If return is due to customer preference:
    → Customer may bear return shipping charges

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
